Originally established as a community for private homeowners, Ambergris Cay opened as a private island resort in 2019. Now, travelers seeking a secluded luxury escape can enjoy access to over 1,100-acres of mostly untouched land, ready to be explored by a select few. With just 17 bungalows and 9 villas for rent on an all inclusive basis, the result is a luxury boutique hotel feel in a vast and diverse setting. Accommodations include beachfront bungalows with heated plunge pools and a collection of privately owned homes and luxury villas, ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms. The experience is bespoke, tailored to the individual, and ever-evolving.

All inclusive à la carte. Luxury and 'all inclusive' are not typical associations, and Ambergris Cay is not your typical all inclusive resort. Our decision to offer all inclusive dining is based on our promise to deliver a relaxing holiday and the ability to indulge without the hassle of signing a bill after every order. Enjoy à la carte meals featuring the finest local and seasonal ingredients, tailored to your taste and dietary preferences, and cocktails crafted with premium spirits. Menus are dynamic, changing often and always with the option to design any offering "your way". As well, our team of Chefs welcome the opportunity to prepare off-menu requests, provided we have the ingredients readily available or a note about your preferences, prior to arrival.

Ambergris Cay International Airport. For guests arriving at Providenciales International Airport (PLS), your onward flight to Ambergris Cay International Airport is provided complimentary. On exiting customs at PLS, airport staff will be available to assist with your transfer. They will coordinate with our driver, who will drive you to Blue Heron FBO, a private jet facility operated by Signature Flight Services. Here, you will await your 20-minute flight to Ambergris Cay in comfort. For guests flying directly to the island by private plane, Ambergris Cay offers one of the longest runways in the Caribbean: our 5,700 foot landing strip can accommodate aircraft up to 28m in length.
