Perched on a dramatic outcrop demanding elevated sea views at the northeast tip of Moskito Island, The Branson Beach Estate offers a one-of-a-kind experience in the most secluded unspoiled setting in the British Virgin Islands. The estate's three villas can be booked individually or all together on an exclusive basis, all year round.

Surrounded by turquoise Caribbean waters and commanding spectacular views, The Branson Beach Estate offers the perfect balance of that ‘home away from home’ feeling combined with areas that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, dining and play areas. The estate’s three villas - Headland House, Mangrove Villa and Beach Villa - sleep 6, 8 and 8 guests in 3, 4 and 4 bedrooms respectively, or a total of 22 guests across all 11 bedrooms.  They can be booked individually, or all three together for exclusive use, all year round.

With every element of your stay personalized, the estate’s resident chef will be on hand to plan the most mouth-watering menus. From local Carribean specialties to international dishes, each menu is tailormade specific to guest needs and tastes. With steady trade winds, warm turquoise waters, beautiful walking trails, two tennis courts and masses more, the estate is a perfect playground to explore both on land and on water. Taking care of the environment and our local communities is key to how we operate at The Branson Beach Estate. We partner with Virgin Unite and Unite BVI to fund grants to enrich youth programming and encourage environmental conservation to preserve the exquisite natural beauty of the British Virgin Islands. We also work closely with local farmers and fishermen to source local ingredients.  

Sustainability is central to the food and beverage operations at the estate. We use sustainable and low-impact food products, have phased out using single-use plastics, and work with local suppliers. We also reduce our carbon footprint by using low-impact and safe detergents and refillable bottles for our reef-friendly sun cream and guest amenities Efficient lighting is used across the estate, and guests and employees use electric vehicles to get around the estate. Overall, Moskito Island currently has 75kW of solar power, and is undergoing a study to further investigate the best renewable energy options for the island.  

• There are no plastic straws on The Branson Beach Estate – bamboo straws are stocked in the bars instead.
• An eco-waste system allows the island to collect wastewater and repurpose it to be used for irrigation (90k gallons collected and reused in 2020).
• Staff uniforms are made using recycled plastic from the ocean by company OceanR.
• A 'save water’ towel re-use program is in place, encouraging guests to change their towels mid-week rather than daily.
• The Branson Beach Estate has reef-friendly sun cream available to all its guests.
• The Branson Beach Estate is now home to a high-efficiency glass recycling machine, enabling the estate to recycle hundreds of bottles every month and turn them into tiny grains of sand.
