"Grisia" is surely the most popular outdoor exhibition in Croatia, and also the most recognizable cultural event in Rovinj. In the street bearing the same name and joining the main town square and St Euphemia's church like a spine, academic artists, amateurs and children exhibit their works of art for numerous audiences. Seafood is excellent, including a good selection of fresh fish. You may want to try such local specialties as fuzi and njoki with truffles as well as maneštra (beans and corn soup). Istria is also known for its wines.Currency
