Terms & Conditions:

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer.” At its discretion, Virgin Voyages may offer special deals for future voyages to passengers (referred to as “Sailors” in these terms) embarked onboard any Virgin Voyages ship.
1.1. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is exclusively available to Sailors while they are embarked and sailing aboard a Virgin Voyages ship. The My Next Virgin Voyage Offer will not be available to any Sailor who did not register while they were onboard the ship; that is, the Offer is not extendable to a Sailor once they disembark.
1.2. A $150 USD deposit is required to register for the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer in the form of a Placeholder booking. A Sailor also has the option to make a deposit of 20% of their voyage fare if they know the date in which they’d like to sail on their future booking. If booking in currencies other than USD, the deposit will be converted to an equivalent deposit amount in the booking’s currency. To be clear, this means that the deposit amount in currencies other than USD will fluctuate based on the currency exchange rate, which is updated monthly. Payments for deposits will be accepted in the form of personal credit or debit card; existing Future Voyage Credits, Sailor Loot and Corporate Cards are not accepted forms of payment. The payor of the My Next Virgin Voyage offer must be presently embarked and sailing aboard a Virgin Voyages ship. A Placeholder booking will secure a prospective booking for the Sailor in a future voyage within a two booking window. The booking window is a two year period from the day the Sailor makes their deposit. The “Payor” is defined as the individual or entity whose credit/debit card was used to make the deposit payment.
1.2.1. Sailors will receive “Sailor Loot” (the Virgin Voyages’ term for onboard credit) on their Next Virgin Voyage depending on the length of voyage booked. The Sailor Loot values are as follows:
- For voyages ranging from 4- to 5-nights, Sailors will receive a $150 USD onboard credit.
- For voyages ranging from 6- to 8-nights, Sailors will receive a $200 USD onboard credit.
- For voyages that are 9-nights or longer, Sailors will receive a $250 USD onboard credit.
Sailor Loot credits will only be applicable on the voyage date booked with the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer. Sailor Loot credits cannot be rolled over for Sailors sailing back to back on consecutive voyages. Any unused Sailor Loot will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Sailor Loot will always be provided in USD as this is the local currency of all Virgin Voyages vessels. 
1.2.2. Sailors will also receive a discount on the final invoiced voyage fare total prior to the application of taxes and fees. The voyage fare discount values are as follows:
- For voyages ranging from 4- to 5-nights Sailors will receive a $150 USD, or currency equivalent, discount.
- For voyages ranging from 6- to 8-nights, Sailors will receive a $200 USD, or currency equivalent, discount.
- For voyages that are 9-nights or longer, Sailors will receive a $250 USD, or currency equivalent, discount.
1.2.3. Sailings less than four (4) nights are excluded from the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer. Virgin Voyages holds the right to exclude certain sailings from the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer at any time.
1.2.4. If booking in other currencies other than US Dollars, the discount value of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer will be converted via a list of preset values as follows:
Voyage Fare Discount Preset Currency Conversion:
- 4- to 5-night voyages ($150 USD discount) — CAD $205, GBP £120, EUR €140, AUD $225 and NZD $245
- 6- to 8-night voyages ($200 USD discount) — CAD $270, GBP £160, EUR €185, AUD $300 and NZD $325
- 9-night or longer voyages ($250 USD discount) — CAD $340, GBP £200, EUR €230, AUD $375 and NZD $410
1.3. A Sailor can register for the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer with the Future Voyage Sales Team on Deck 7, Midship, sales space aboard a Virgin Voyages ship or online, which is also reachable via a link on the Virgin Voyages Sailor App.
1.4. The Sailor has two (2) years to book and sail from the registration date. A Sailor who fails to book and sail within this 2-year time period forfeits the $150 USD deposit paid, the future Sailor Loot credit and the future voyage fare discount. The Offer will automatically expire at the two (2) year mark.
1.4.1. Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit within seven (7) days of registering for the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer are eligible to receive a full refund of their $150 USD deposit.
1.4.2. Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit after seven (7) days of registering for the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer are eligible to receive a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) equivalent to the amount of deposit. This FVC is valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Cancellation forfeits the future voyage discount and sailor loot.
1.5. After registration is complete, the Sailor will receive an email confirmation with a deposit reference number. Once the Sailor selects a voyage with this deposit reference number, payment of the regular 20% deposit will be due. The reservation will then follow and the deposit reference number will become the Booking ID number. The booking will be subject to the Cancellation Policy in effect at that time.
1.6. Sailors are eligible for a one (1) time voyage date change. If a Sailor originally selects a 4- to 5-night voyage and later changes to a 6- to 8- night voyage, the “My Next Virgin Voyage” onboard offer will be automatically updated to the respective offer value associated with the voyage length.
1.7. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is subject to all restrictions and exclusions set forth in Section 2 below.
2. Exclusions/Caveats.
2.3. Only one (1) My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer may be applied to a future reservation. This includes any previous and future variations of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Holiday Offer, and The “Extend the Glow” Offer.
2.4. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is applicable to new bookings only. This excludes the application to retroactively applying the offer to previous bookings.
2.5. Each Sailor is eligible to register for a total of four (4) My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offers. A $150 USD or currency equivalent deposit is required per offer.
2.6. Upon redemption of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer registration, or “Placeholder,” the currency originally used for the deposit payment will carry over to the newly converted booking. The currency exchange rate will be based on the purchase date of the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Onboard Offer Placeholder.
2.7. Sailors do not have to pick a specific voyage date while onboard. As noted above in section 1.4 a Sailor has a two (2) year window to redeem this Offer and sail by converting the Placeholder Booking to an active booking. The Sailor’s future voyage date must commence on or before the two year expiry date.
2.8. Once a Sailor has chosen a future voyage date, they may only change their new voyage date up until one (1) year after the original chosen voyage date. The new voyage date selected must fall within two years from placement of the Sailor’s original Placeholder Booking. In the event of a voyage cancellation, any refund or Future Voyage Credit will be issued to the original 'payor' of the deposit, regardless of whether the Placeholder was transferred.
2.9. A Sailor may transfer their My Next Virgin Onboard Voyage offer one (1) time to another Sailor.
2.10. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer applies solely to “The Sea Terrace” cabins and above categorized cabins/suites on the future voyage. Sailors must choose a cabin category for their future voyage upon redemption of the Offer in order to participate in this Offer. Cabin categories are as follows in decreasing order of precedence:

2.11. Sailors may not downgrade to a Sea Terrace: (Slightly) Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Lock It In Rate cabin, The Sea View, Solo Sea View, Sea View Lock It In Rate, The Insider, Solo Insider, or Insider Lock It In Rate cabin at a later date.
2.12. Sailors may upgrade to a higher category, subject to availability. They may also participate in Level Upgrade bidding, subject to Virgin Voyages opening of that separate offer.
2.13. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are excluded from this Offer.
2.14. Once a My Next Virgin Voyage Placeholder is converted to a Ship & Sail Date, the reservation cannot be reverted back to a Placeholder after the voyage has been selected. Once converted, the reservation will then follow the standard booking policies and may be changed up to one (1) time to a different voyage date.
3.4.1. Any Sailors who have purchased a previous version of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Holiday Offer, and The “Extend the Glow” Offer will not be impacted by these offer terms and conditions. Previous offer values and terms will be honored if purchased prior to July 31, 2024. For previous versions of the My Next Virgin Voyage offer, please refer to the terms and conditions sections titled “My Next Virgin Voyage,” “Extend the Glow Offer” or “The Lasting Glow Offer.”
