A “Licensed Voyage” includes small-ship based voyages that are marketed to Audubon members in association between HX Hurtigruten Expeditions and Audubon. Licensed Voyages expressly exclude: (i) flights not included in the tour code, and (ii) any optional or extra elements including excursions, pre- or post-programs, arrivals and departure packages, transfers, optional activities, non-inclusive food and beverage, supplements, retail products, gifts, merchandise, hire equipment, upgrades, enhancements, onboard credit, name charges or admin fees, or other goods and services expressly excluded or referred to as optional in marketing materials prepared by HX Hurtigruten Expeditions in relation to the relevant Licensed Voyage. A “Standard Voyage” includes all other voyages arranged, sold and operated by HX Hurtigruten Expeditions under separate tour codes from Licensed Voyages. Audubon member benefits are provided by third parties, not by Audubon or its affiliates. Providers pay a royalty fee to Audubon for the use of its intellectual property.
